Terroir: Apulia, in southern Italy, is a region with a deep winemaking tradition and a rich history. Its Mediterranean climate, characterized by long sunny days and mild temperatures, provides ideal conditions for cultivating Primitivo grapes. The limestone and clay soil contribute to the complexity and distinctive character of its wines. With complex tasting notes and a strong connection to one of Italy’s most fascinating wine regions, this Primitivo stands out as a sophisticated choice, elevating any occasion.
Harvest: Hand-picked with spur pruning to ensure that only the ripest grapes are selected, guaranteeing the wine’s quality.
Winemaking: Gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation, and maceration with the skins.
Aging: GOAT 10 Primitivo is aged for 12 months in oak barrels. This aging process allows the wine to develop a complexity of flavors, featuring notes of ripe fruits, spices, and a hint of vanilla.
Terroir: Sicily, with its rich winemaking tradition, benefits from its Mediterranean climate, providing ideal conditions for grape cultivation.
Syrah vineyards span hills and coastal areas, where abundant sunlight lends unique characteristics to the grapes. Sicily’s contrasts are reflected in its wines, full of identity and personality.
Harvest: Hand-picked to ensure the highest quality.
Winemaking: Gentle pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation, and maceration with skins to extract the best aromas and flavors.
Aging: GOAT 10 Syrah is aged for 12 months in french oak barrels, developing complex flavors with notes of ripe fruits, spices, and a touch of chocolate.
